“We are pleased to celebrate two decades of creative exploration as glass sculptors Leah Wingfield and Steve Clements present TIME MEETS US at Montague Gallery. This collection spans their journey since relocating to Southern Oregon in 2001, bringing together beloved pieces from completed series alongside brand-new works debuting in this exhibition. From the jazz-inspired elegance of “Fine & Mellow” to the wind-swept determination of the “Storm” sculptures, each piece captures a singular moment designed to spark your own stories and memories.
TIME MEETS US reflects the unique vantage point the artists now inhabit—looking back on twenty years of practiced craft while simultaneously pushing forward with fresh vision. This exhibition explores recurring themes of relationships, freedom, and release from life’s gravity through the language of emotion and visual storytelling.
